Shipping #

Shipping is included in the price. There is no separate delivery charge.

We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. These are the countries selectable at checkout.

If you are somewhere else, write to office [at] samdurant.com before ordering and we will arrange it and quote you individually.

Posters are packed rolled in a tube and shipped from Berlin by DHL. Delivery usually takes one to six weeks depending on destination.

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties or fees charged on delivery. Those are set by your own country and are not something we can collect or waive in advance.

Right of withdrawal #

If you are a consumer in the European Union you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, write to office [at] samdurant.com. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.

Posters are returned at your own cost and should be sent back rolled in a tube, in the condition in which they arrived.

Condition of the work #

These are hand-stencilled paper posters with inherent imperfections, not fine-art prints. Overspray, drips, scratches, uneven paint coverage, blemishes, dents and creases are part of the object. Signs of wear from packing and shipment are to be expected. This is not a defect and is described here so that it is known before purchase.
